Production walkthrough

The bundled 55-second tour is the current preview. It uses synthetic demo data, includes burned-in subtitles, and covers the dashboard, subscriptions, onboarding, and Agent/API token settings. A reviewed 2–3 minute production walkthrough can replace it later with the optional public build setting NEXT_PUBLIC_DEMO_VIDEO_URL; it is a video URL, not a secret.

What the walkthrough covers

1. Register and verify a RecurLens account.
2. Add a subscription with its real billed currency and renewal date.
3. Read recurring spend and upcoming renewals on the dashboard.
4. Create a read-only workspace token.
5. Call list_subscriptions from an external client.
6. Show that write tools prepare a proposal and require hosted human approval.
